Or should it be Brother??
For Sale
One sister for sale!
One sister for sale!
One crying and spying young sister for sale!
I'm really not kidding,
So who'll start the bidding?
Do I hear a dollar?
A nickel?A penny?
Oh, isn't there, isn't there, isn't there any
One kid who will buy this old sister for sale,
This crying and spying young sister for sale?
Ella and Matthew were playing last night and Ella got a little upset with Matthew because he was playing too rough. She then said, "he is toooo rough, get rid of him...." We told Ella that we couldn't get rid of him, grandma wouldn't be very happy. Just kidding... we did it the right way. Then she said, "he's tooo rough, sell him then, where's the phone." She then started to look for the phone and walked around the house asking where the phone was and that she didn't want him anymore. Well, needless to say, the boy had hurt feelings. He asked why did Ella want to sell him. We explained to both of them that we aren't selling anyone and that it wasn't nice to say things like that. She later apologized to him after he bunkered under his pillow, not wanting to see Ella. They made up by doing little things like giving each of pictures without saying anything. It was cute. At that point, we didn't want anything else coming out of that little girl mouth. Matthew needs to watch his back!
Matthew is the sweetest boy I know, he is so kind, loving and helpful to his little sister. He puts up with a lot. I think that the poem is true about her. She is always crying, spying and you can't forget YELLING all the time at him. Poor boy, now I think he wants to sell his sister!
Can't they just get along?

I love that poem! That was my favorite when I was little! Love the new updates on your blog- and music! You are amazing! Good to see you at church today- We should have dessert one night or you should have another party! j/k Hope to see you soon!
That is seriously one of the best posts ever!!! How cute! Sounds so familiar, too. Yeah -- when Ashlyn was about 4 months and Taylor realized she wasn't "going anywhere" he asked if we could take her back to the store where we got her from. LOL. BTW, Taylor would love to have Matthew over to play. He's getting his tonsils/ads out Tue. but after that?
